The Faculty of Tourism and Hotels; Alexandria University has recently announced the results of submitted researches for scientific excellence award (2013/2014) where Dr. Othman El Saeed has obtained the third place for his research entitled "Effects of crects of creativity support and diversity management of service quality in hotels".
