The student in the department of Hotel Studies will study the following:

- Tourism and Hotel Statistics: how to employ and use statistical studies in hotels.
- Front office management: how to deal with the client from the beginning of booking until departure, and the operations that take place during the period of residence.
- Internal supervision management: how to take care of everything in rooms and public places for hospitality facilities, and the relationship of this section to the front office.
- Food and Beverage Management: the importance of this vital section in hotel facilities and how to provide a high level of service to customers.
- Menus design: identifying the basics and criteria of designing various menus.
- Hotel facilities needed in the hospitality industry.
- Human Resources management: its importance as it represents the core of work in hotels, and how to select workers, train them and evaluate their performance.
- Hotel Marketing: how to increase revenue through good study of different market segments and what customers need.
- Management of tourist villages: which services you need and its types and how to manage its departments and various jobs.
