The Faculty Council of Tourism and Hotels approved granting Master's degree in Tourism Guidance upon public discussion held in the faculty for his thesis. The thesis was entitled "European influences on Islamic architecture and art during the Mamluk and Ottoman periods in Egypt- study on civilization - archaeology - arts - tourism)"

 The thesis was under supervision of:

Prof. Dr. Kamal Anani

The Discussion and Arbitration committee was formed as follows:

• Dr. Aisha Abdel Aziz, Professor of Tourism Guidance at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Fayoum University a Chairman and Arbitrator
• Dr. Kamal Anani, Professor of Islamic Archeology at the Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University as Supervisor
• Dr. Heba Mahmoud Saad, Professor at the Department of Tourist Guidance and Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research as Supervisor
• Dr. Abdel Rahim Khalaf, Professor of Islamic Archeology at the Faculty of Arts, Helwan University as Arbitrator.
