To all who are interested in enrolling to the Egyptian universities and institutes… The Central Department of Foreign Students Affairs announces the opening of enrollment request submission for non-Egyptians through its official channels.

Enrollment Prerequisites & Documentation:
1- The applicant should not be holding an Egyptian Nationality
2- Filling the application form online – Name should be as in passport
3- Applicant should have a High School Graduation Certificate or Equivalent
4- Fulfilling the needed documents for enrollment
Documents Needed for Online Enrollment
1- High School Graduation Certificate/or Equivalent Copy
2- Passport Copy
Documents Needed for submission to the Central Department of Foreign Students Affairs
1- Original High School Graduation Certificate/or Equivalent authenticated and stamped from the Ministry of Education in the resident country and stamped by the Egyptian’s Ministry of Affairs in their countries.
2- Passport Copy (Valid for 6 months at least)
3- 6 Recent Personal Photos
4- Results of the Skills Test for the Universities who may require those types of tests
5- Payment Receipt of the e-Services fees (EGP 1500 Only)
6- Copy of the initial nomination sent via the official website
How to Enroll:
You fill and submit the application form on www.wafeden.gov.eg during the opening announcement period. Followed by submission of all required documents to the Central Department of Foreign Students Affairs to the following address [7 Dr. Ibrahim Abou El Naga St. Embassies District- Nasr City, Cairo. As applicants may be accepted for the second semester of the FSC Year 2020/2021 based on credited hours system starting 01/11/2020
